We found pethaven on a last minute need for Christmas week vacation...I have a new pit bull that we were uncertain if she would even get along with other animals or people,,well to a surprise,,we went back to pick her up expecting the worse..but the crazy thing was she had a great time there and acted like she didn't want to leave... they help her to socialize with other dogs and strangers...she was in great spirit and they also had a little going home Christmas basket for to take home...these people were incredibly awesome...totally recommend them and can't wait to use them in the future for other vacations....and extremely reasonable rates for long term babysitting...You Guys Are The Best!!!!!! Thanks for treating my little girl so special...Thank You All!!!

More like Pet Heaven. Wonderful accommodations for my 3 cats in a kitty condo. Owners take care of mine like they were hers. She was even helping out humane society boarding a furbaby that decided to have a litter of pups which she was hand feeding. Such a Lovely person.

Pet Haven staff is very friendly, knowledgeable about dogs, and always willing to help where and when they can! They have taken really good care of our 4 y/o dog Sammie...we have sent him there 3x now so far. They have a great facility in a very accessible part of town. The only issue we have had at all, was the A/C and cooling the dogs....and this was the fault of the weather! It was in August 2021 and it was during an intense heat wave. Their A/C stopped working and they had to break out the fans. They handled this the best they could and after a day, it was repaired. This did have an effect on Sammie though and he was completely wiped out. He basically drank water and slept for about 2 days. After that he was his old self!

Pethaven is amazing! I moved from the area and my dog loves them so much. I drive an hour round trip to take him there and pick him up, most days during the week. I've also started boarding my dogs there as well. The staff is so friendly and know my dogs. They call them by name when they come in the door or great them before we even enter the building. It truly is his home away from home. I highly recommend Pethaven! Thank you Catherine and staff, for taking such very good care of Bear and Zoey!

I live & work on the road and have a 6 month old Australian shepherd pup as my companion. I've used many doggy daycares across the country this year. This is by far mine & Okies favorite. Mine because of the friendly staff, the flexibility and the extremely reasonable rates. While working in the Jackson area, I used them for daily care as well as a couple over night stays. Okie was always so excited to go, which made my day at work much easier knowing he was in a fun, safe, loving environment. He was equally as excited to see the workers as he was the other dogs. I can't recommend them enough.
